Testimonial
The fast, efficient and helpful Customweb team solved our problems in a short time. As a new Magento user, we got stuck in the middle when adding the payments module and badly needed help to solve our problems. We highly recommend this company and will turn to them again in the future.

Once you have defined your settings in the user administration interface then the next step is the installation of the module in the shop.
- The download is cleared automatically once the payment has been successfully effected. You will find the link under "Your account" > "Download". Click on the order and download the module.
- Extract the ZIP and transfer all the files from the folder "files" into the main directory of the shop. The structure of files and folder must coincide. No files should be overwritten.
- Log into the back-end of your shop.
- Go to Modules > Payment systems.
- Chose the main module (e.g. PostFinance_basic) and press 'install'.
- Install all further payment methods supported by your PSP.
Configurations in the Shop
Configuration of the main module (_basic)
Go to Modules > Payment systems > PSP main module (e.g. PostFinance_basic) > Edit. You can now carry out the necessary settings.
Now enter the same parameters as in the back-end of the PSP. Special attention should be given to the following settings:
- PSPID
- SHA-1-IN and SHA-1-OUT pass phrase
- Hashing methods
You can set the other options according to your preferences.
Important: It is crucial that the entered data is identical to the entered data in the back-end of your Payment Service Provider!
Configuration of the payment methods
Install the desired modules. Subsequently you can configure each payment method individually.
Settings meanings:
- "Allowed Zones" allows you to set national restrictions to certain payment methods
- Under "Set Order Status" you can choose which status should be indicated in the back-end of your shop after an order has been placed
