How do I sign up for Yapital Business?
Registering and integrating Yapital into your business is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Yapital by calling 00800 927 927 30 (free of charge) or emailing us at business.support@yapital.com anytime.
We will then send you all relevant application documents, including your contract. - Provide Yapital with the signed contract, a completed and signed application form and all required documentation for your company, as well as the managers’ and owners’ identification, as per standard legal requirements.
Yapital will review and check your information according to standard compliance requirements and provide you with countersigned versions. During this process, Yapital Business Support will also contact you to arrange your technical integration. - Once your information is confirmed, just download and install your Customweb plug-in and you’re ready to go!
How can my customers buy and pay with Yapital?
Yapital is a cross-channel payment solution. That means customers can make purchases using Yapital for all the products or services you sell—anywhere. Here’s how it works:
Online payments with Yapital
The Yapital QR code integration provides quick and safe checkouts. Customers simply scan the Yapital QR code off of their computer screen with their Yapital app or enter their Yapital credentials (email and password). The money is then transferred to your Yapital Business account instantly.
In-store payments with Yapita
Display the Yapital QR code on the display at your cash register or card terminal in-store. Customers simply scan the code with their Yapital app. The money is then transferred into your Yapital Business account instantly.
Invoice payments with Yapital
Integrate the Yapital QR code on your invoices and receive payments faster. Your customers will thank you for it because they no longer need to fill out long (online) banking forms.
Using the Yapital Business app to accept payments
If you own a small store or have a business that does not have a sophisticated cash register or terminal software you can still offer Yapital and benefit from quick and easy POS payments. All you need to do is simply use the Yapital QR code generator located on the Yapital Business app.
